• Prompts and reference images — text prompts and any uploaded images you provide during a generation session.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and referral source collected automatically via server logs.

• To create and manage your account and credit balance.
• To process payments and fulfill credit pack purchases.
• To generate images in response to your prompts using the gpt-image-2 model.
• To send transactional emails such as purchase receipts and account notifications.

4. Your prompts and generated images

Your prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated outputs are private by default. We do not:

• Display your generations in any public gallery or feed.

Prompts and images may be retained on our servers for a limited period to enable generation history access. You may request deletion of your content at any time by contacting us at support@chatgptimages.co.

• Authentication — Clerk processes sign-in and account management on our behalf.

7. Data retention and deletion

We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
